Hi Leroy,
A couple pointers that I've learned from experience.....
Drink lots and lots and lots of water before, during, and after you drink. The main reason for the hangover is dehydration. Also, I find it effective to take some headache powders before I drink. Make sure you drink on a full stomach - this will absorb a lot of the alcohol and help you from vomiting. Try to avoid sweet foods such as chocolate = they don't mix well with alcohol! And if you're a beer drinker, stick with cans or bottles....draught beer will make you sick easier.
Good Luck and have fun...drink one for me.

Hang overs are caused by the body ridding itself of alchohol. It causes dehydration. So, rule of thumb...for every drink you have at the party, drink a glass of water too. The hang over will be far less severe. Be sure to drink water in the morning too. Oh, and don't drink and drive.

When you get home and know you've drank too much, drink as much water as you can - make yourself drink it and even take a couple of aspirin (not Tylenol or Advil) but aspirin. Hangovers are caused by dehydration, so the water and the blood thinner in aspirin will help alleviate a prospective hangover. And, remember - don't drive drunk!

planning the night before. Hangovers are the result of dehydration due to alcohol. Before you crash, drink a bunch of water. Or better still, drink a few glasses of water during the evening. That should help.

No just the same one I use for any hang over. Plenty of H20 the night I drink. Plenty of H20 the next day. Sex, a hot shower, and greasy food.

Drink lots of water, about 16 ounces, from the end of your party till the time you go to bed. If you awake during the night to urinate, have another glass!

I avoid drinking too much. Sounds silly, but when the rest of the world is waking up with hangovers, I wake up feeling great.
