I have a Regal gift card, went on its website to see what theatres I can use the card at by entering my zip code. The search pulled AMC theatres and Regal threatres. So does this mean I can use the card at AMC locations?

You can't. I tried the same thing with a card. it was rejected at AMC. They are actually fierce rivals, or something....

It's possible the search you did was from Fandango, which might list all theaters in the area.
