Just tell him you want to be friends or your not ready for that type of commitmint or say u dont think of him that way or say u have your eye on someone else but mabye it could happen in the future

first of all before we jump to conclusions, are u sure this guy is interested in you? if he is, here's some advice. never ignore or give him the cold look.. guys mistake that for playing hard to get. instead if annoys u too much, just confront him and tell him politely and without any threatening tone" i'm not interested in anybody right now, and i hope u can respect that." that shud give the dude the message.

Be polite and tell him he's not your type. Don't give him any hope by saying you want to be friends or see ya later or anything that will suggest that he's has a remote chance of being near you.

if he asks u out say this: i know that u like me, but im really sorry that i can't return the feeling. its not like i dont like u, but i just dont like u in that way. im sure ull make a great bf for someone else. sorry,
thats what im planning to say to someone. but just make sure u dont get cold feet and accidentally say yes to him cuz u dont wanna let him down.
