when i try to open itunes an error report comes up saying itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close i have uninstalled and re-installed but still no luck please help

yes i get that sometimes with i tunes and internet explorer. i dont know what causes it, but with internet explorer it is when i go www.miniclip.com/robotrage2.htm and with i tunes it is when i download off the americans itunes, not the british one. so if you are in enland, use the english one, if you are in USA use the american one

Did you install it off a cd or the itunes website, ifs its from the cd then you might need to upgrade the software to the latest itunes 7.02 from the apple website.

like she said up above, you CANNOT use Itunes without letting it regenerate the info by restarting your computer, if you dont, it wont function right

hi you can go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and download itunes for free, give it a go! Restarting your computer is always a big help too!
