I just bought a Hp ipaq rx3715 from a police auction and i can't log into it.?

They previous user had a it password protected which makes sense. But I can't seem to find a copy of Windows Mobile 2003 SE to download so i can reinstall it.. If anyone can help i would really appriciate it. I spent $150 on this thing. And i can't upgrade with this model to 5.0 Because it not compatible!!

You are going to need to do a hard reset on it. It will wipe away any information on it, including the previous owners password. You can go to hp.com for step by step instructions on a hard reset.

i guess u will be able to format all options
format completely and try using it u might work out that way
