I think it means I'm so fast I hit you and you didn't see it coming. Or you mean nothing I'm up here and you're down there on your back.

It's a diss that's basically saying he's on a higher level than his opponent.
You can't see him, his flow, his moves because you're inferior.
Edit: I'm not really a Cena fan, but I still know what that means.
