You'll want to delete the history, delete temporary internet files, and clear the cache. They should all be in Tools, Options.

go to tools, Internet options, clear history -- in the same menu delete cookies and delete files-- in the same menu go to content , auto complete, clear forms and clear passwords.

you exit out of internet then right click on the internet icon it will say propertys click on it then then you will see browsing history click delete then click delete history then you will have deleted all the websites you have visited and they will not be on your hardrive
