Yes your guppies will enjoy those water conditions, they ideally like higher pH like the african cichlids, the temp would be a BIT high, lower it down a bit. the hardness is fine up to 30 GH.

Yes guppies can tolerate the same water conditions as african cichlids.
However you shouldn't put them in the same tank as africans or they will become lunch for your africans.

The guppies will become fish food. I've seen cichlid tear up feeder fish. If you like your guppies don't put them in with cichlids.

Cichlid women can replace into crammed with eggs yet while the tummy is grossly distended it somewhat is perhaps something else. If there's a male together with her she has eggs, they could spawn. If there isn't any male, a woman fish would desire to lay eggs yet without male to fertilize them they gained't hatch. If it is not eggs, there are various opportunities such as constipation, parasites, tumor, organ failure inflicting "dropsy", or an infection. it might desire to even basically be overfeeding and your fish is obese. you will desire to attempt feeding extra fiber like cooked and peeled peas for awhile and shrink lower back on familiar meals and notice if it facilitates. If there are different indicators such as lethargy, heavy respiration, "pineconing" of the scales, or something unusual it somewhat is precious to to look on the different reasons i discussed. The yellow labs (or yellow electrics), they're on occasion annoying to tell the intercourse of, yet you may on occasion tell via the black stripe down the ideal and backside fins. The men would have a thicker black stripe down the fins, and the female would have a thinner one. additionally on occasion the female would have a paler yellow (very almost whitish) on her abdomen and the male would be very almost a sturdy yellow. that's not continuously authentic, yet works on occasion. they're monomorphic which potential it somewhat is quite lots impossible to easily perceive the intercourse. yet they seem to be a maternal mouthbrooder, so in case you do have a woman and male and that they have got fry, the single that is protecting may be the female.
