I have a sony VAIO desktop with XP and Media Center Edition 2005.
I can't find the location of the stored programs on my computer. I'd like to import the shows into my ipod to watch on the plane and whatnot. Has anyone had success doing this?

you need the converter so your avi files will turnd into MPG-4 which is the video format for iPod.
search for videodora or jodix free iPod video converter. if you don't already have nero in your computer

Good luck to you and happy new years

In itunes find the file and import it the the libary. Right click (only works on a correct version of itunes if it does not update) and convert for ipod and sync to ipod.
