This was a headline from Spain today, its really a drain for a new mom of 25 to take care of twins, what are the supposedly educated DOCTORS thinking when they do something like this? Can they they be charged with ethics violations?

I do think that nature does what it is supposed to do. Women go through metopause for a reason. Only young women are supposed to have children. Older women are not prepared to deal with all the issues that children bring. That is why they are usually grand parents as they can play with the kids and send them home when they get tired. I just don't think it is a really good idea. Just my opinion.

Would think it would be the choice of the mother who will not only pay for the procedure but care for the children as to if it is workable or not - but to blame the doctor is not correct for he earns his wages from folks such as this.

i don't understand your question...
why would it be insane from the doctor?
what should he have done? kill the kids?
if she got pregnant that for a reason. God does everything for a reason.
when Abraham and Sarah had there first child in the bible, there where way over the age of bearing/making kids....
and even though they had a baby just as God had promised them.
so maybe for us those things make no sense but who are we, judging those people for what they do and if it is right or wrong??
do we have the right to judge?
or should we maybe just have an opinion about it and try to understand what was going on there?
....

its not the doctors who are insane it is the mother. it is the doctors' job to perform the procedure .
imagine what would have happened if this woman wanted to get pregnant and the doctors told her 'no u are too old.' ?
wouldnt that be considered descrimination upon age??
AGEISM
