How can i flash my p800(old smartphone) internal memory by removing the battery or something else?

when i trun my p800 on in the start up it shows me a dialog box which says :"the internal memory is full and corrupted and it will be reformatted" when accept the dialog box my phone dosent work and it becomes out of control the screen becomes white and nothing just happend!
