The closest to a Boba Fett themed game is Star Wars Battlefront 2. It follows the life of stormtroopers, but you can play as Boba Fett in some levels. It's voiced by Boba Fett, since they are all clones.

Star wars republic commando is the best on the ps2. Unlucky you don't have a xbox original because start wars knights of the old republic 1 and 2 are the best star wars games ever.
