Stay in the comfort and warmth of your bed. There's a whole year ahead to plan for . . . could take you all day. Re-affirm your feelings.

Presumably spending the day doing answers here is not what you had in mind.
You and your honey, eh? Are you in snowy or warmer climate? If snowy, clearly one choice is go out and play in it. Skiing or sledding or building a snowman, or whatever makes you feel like a little kid again. Make snow angels!
If you are in a warmer climate, try to find out what parks and other places to walk around are going to be open. You can tell a park is going to be open if it cannot be closed, or if there is a gate announcing the dates and times. They probably also have a web page.
Now pack the leftover goodies from your New Year's Eve celebration and whatever else the munching hoards left behind, and go out and have a picnic wherever seems nice.
Take your camera along, of course.

Why don't you try just wandering around town? You can go into any nice shops you find, eat at any good looking restaurants, and you guys will have fun just seeing the sights and sounds, and talking and spending time together. Besides, everything is more fun when you don't have an agenda to follow. This way, if an idea strikes you, you guys are free to do whatever.
I would be more specific, but I don't know anything about your circumstances. Anyways, I hope you have fun.

You didn't say were you live, if its close to London then you could go to the huge new years day street parties that they have each year, otherwise guess the best thing to do is a Google search to see whats going on in your area tomorrow, whatever you do have a brilliant time and a happy new year to you and your boyfriend, all the best.

Go to the zoo or park, maybe go to your nearest national forest and go for a hike (depending on the weather). Catch a movie or do something crafty if the weather is bad where you live. Good luck and enjoy yourself!

grab a map, and keep hold of lots of money and get out of the house. trust me, deciding a place to go isn't a problem so long as you get out of the house in the first place. don't ever try deciding a place to go at home. i usually just get out of my house and see what's interesting. and another thing, that's how you sometimes discover lots of new things outside and you will experience travelling.
good luck.

you could come over me on the moon, there's a lot of dust to clean.
Don't take it wrong, I would do the cleaning job but I would enjoy some company. Do you or your bf play guitar ?

Lilly, all I can suggest is something inside, where it will be warm, dry, and not too windy!
I cannot help but think a day at home, warm, snug, and together would not seem all too bad.
