'Making' movies and 'Producing' movies are EXACTLY the same thing. So if a 'torrent' has caused them to stop 'making' movies, then that means they've ALREADY stopped 'producing' movies. As much as your question doesn't make since (and has nothing to do with your spelling) you've in effect answered your own question! It's like me saying 'If I drink water, will it make me pee. And won't that make me pee.' See how redundant? ;-)
