Don't shower or brush your teeth for about a week. Have a mixture of refried beans, Bing cherries, garlic and wash it down with a pint of Guinness at every meal. Pee on the toilet seat and don't flush after, ever. Belch in her general direction blowing the stench her way.
If she doesn't impale you with a broom handle by now, she may just leave by the end of the week.
Or you can try being a good brother. She's is your sister. Go tell her you love her and you are sorry for being so immature all these years.

If she's little (elementary school age) call all her little friends' parents and ask them to take her to the park or something. If she's middle/high school age, send her to the movies or mall, something like that. If she's older, ask her why she never goes out with friends and if she agrees, hand her the phone. Or send her w/ some $ to the movies, shopping, a restaurant, somewhere.
That's just some one-day, temporary things to do.

Maybe if you make it clearer why you want her out the house (ie you want some time alone or maybe she has a phobia of going out) people can help better when answering

Best way i have done it is annoy her so much she leaves i pulled practical jokes
i put red boiled sweets in my shower head the sweets heated up and she got covered in red stick sweets it was hilarious she left the next day

Why do you need her to get out. get her friends to call round for her or around her to meet them. Give her money tell her to go to cinema, set her up with nice boy if shes not to young

Is it YOUR house?
If yes - say "Sister, please leave my house now" and show her the door.
If no - become very good friends with the homeowner and have him use the above technique.

Make her miserable in ur house. Like dont shower, nag her all the time, dont cook etc
