Think it is right and just. Saddam was a bastard who killed and destroyed the lives of many innocent people. I don't agree with the US involvement and think that his execution will stir up a hornets nest, but in terms of was he guilty enough to hang, then the answer has to be yes

Depends on what country the judges lives - if in a country with capital punishment then he likely supports it as he may have to sentenced a person to death.

the trial was unfare. if you want to hang the leaders based on the deaths they caused to keep themselves in power, then you will have to do that for almost all leaders.

1. bush,blair= for the iraq war on false accusations.
2. all western rulers during the period of colonisation for the mass murders in colonies
3. communist rulers in russia, china etc who ruthlessly suppressed dissidents
4. rulers in many asian nations who are fighting separatist movements
5. all the kings and emperors like alexander, asoka, akbar etc

yah, i dont think he got a fair trial but what goes around comes around... he deserved it. Although u can expect a lot of "stuff" and riots and the usual following his execution.
He didnt want to live anyway he didnt care that he was dying...so they are being just like him by executing him.. its just one is legal and the other is not..
he should live and suffer the rest of his days..

Anyone that really payed attention to the trial knows that he did'nt get a fair trial, so i am sure a judge would know that.
