I started a waitressing job at a sacred living/ retirement home about 3 months ago, with my best friend, Tatijana and it was her first job so after 3 months; she decided it was getting to be too much for her and she quit. Another girl, Ciara started about a month before Tatijana quit and I immediately was drawn to her, I thought we could be good friends, Tatijana and I got to know her more and more each day we worked and we got to see how much of a whiney, selfish, rude person Ciara was. She expected everyone to help her but didn't lift a finger when you asked for help in return. I have known Tatijana 4 many years but now that she has quit working with me, She hasn't been returning my phone calls, Should I stop talking 2 her for ditching me at this job? or Should I just consider that she's probably caught up doing things to catch up on lost time with her family from the days that she was without them and working? I dunno what 2 do with Ciara, How do I get her 2 stop walking all over me

complain about ciara.. don't help her.. be a ***** to her in a classy way.. talk to tatjana and tell her how you feel also ciara might have said something nasty... and tell your frined that you carew about her and cam't see why she is like that...

You can't fault your friend for leaving the job. It's like it was personal. You CAN however fault her for not returning your phone calls. I have a tenty four hour rudeness rule. My friend's know that I think it's rude if they don't get back to me in twenty four hour's and if they don't have a good reason then don't bother. It's really easy to pick up the phone and say "hey you I'm really busy these days but when thing's slow down and I'll give you a jungle." So I would ask your friend why she's not returning your calls. Ask for Ciara you should just be honest with her at work or your boss and let her or them know that she is not pulling her weight. Don't get to personal with Ciara so that she's not comfortable asking you to do things for her and also just simply tell her no when she asks so you don't feel cheated. '-)

If Ciara keeps asking for you to do stuff, just flat out say no. If she pushes you, walk away. And next time you actually talk to Tatijana (call her and leave her a message or something) ask her why she's been distancing herself. if she says she's been busy, ask her if you guys can talk once a week. it might seem clingy, but if she wants to keep the best friend status with you, she'll agree.

Hang on to the job, decide not to do any favors for Ciara (tell her you're busy taking care of your own responsibilities, even if it's that you have to go to the bathroom-- it's not her business what your responsibilities are anyway), and wait for your friend Tatijana to call you when she's ready.

when ciara starts to ask you to do somethin just say "im busy" or "no you can do it yourself. if you cant then thats pretty sad" and just keep doing YOUR work. and as for tatijana just give her time. some friends need their space. if she is a true friend she will call you. just act normal around her. and also dont quit your job just b/c your friend wants you to. if you like it (especially the $$$) then keep it. its your life and your the one who controls it not nobody else. stand up to ciara and let her know that you have asked for her help in return and she has been rude all along!....you will not keep assisting her with no consideration in return!....and as for tatijana maybe give her space for a while...dont jump to conclusions that she doesnt want to know you..like you said she just may be busy with things!...good luck...

well, if ciara asks you for anything eles just say something like "what's wrong with you doing it yourself?" or somthing like that.
with Tatijana, id try to get in contacted with her to find out whats wrong. I wouldnt stop talking to her just because she left the job, you cant exspect her to do somthin that she didnt like, even if you were there to help her out.

don't ignore ur friend.they could someimes b like that.ya never know wat she might actually b doing.if she is really
ditching u find out y.i mean she is ur best friend.don't evr let ur best friend go.u could really lose something well some1.and ciara,let her do her own things.don't listen 2 her.leave her alone.n u kinda r letting her walk all over u.so do as i say if not do it ur own way.
