No, Ash never did. They became best friends though, and currently Ash is in the Shinou league and misty had to go back adn be the cerculean gym leader.

No, but Misty got her bike repaired at the Viridian City Pokemon Center after Johto. Then, she left. Then, Ash proceeded to fry May's bike in Hoenn, then Hikari's in Sinnoh.

yeah after the Jhoto league when he was going to Hoen Brock misty and ash were separated. At then he did.

As I recall, there was no mention of Satoshi (Ash) compensated Kasumi (Misty) for taking and using her bike.
At least Pikachu was okay.
