this guy knows my pass i dont know how and he keeps changing my pass and i keep changing m pass and know he was on today and he siad that im scamming diffrent poeple and he says that he doent care if my acount gets banned its getting anoyying and what can i do to stop this im having a mental breakdown keep trying to stop it but he just keeps loggin in but i put all my tuff in my friends bank so even though he still sayds i dont care if this acount gets banned so plese help what can i do!!!!!?????

Someone else knows my password, what should I do?
In this case we recommend that you first ensure that your computer is secure and that no-one has managed to get your password directly from your machine. To do this please follow Sections 7 and 8 in the Security Information guide immediately.
After you have followed the guidelines and are sure that you computer is secure please follow these instructions:
If we suspected your account to be stolen then it will have been locked and no-one will be able to access it. To unlock your account, go to the Account Recovery section of the main RuneScape website menu and click on 'Recover a locked account' or click here.
If we have not locked your account then use the 'Recover a lost password' link or click, here.
You will then need to supply your login name, email address and the type of query it is. Scroll down on the drop down menu to either 'Someone else has changed my password'.
Please then follow all of the on-screen instructions filling in as much information as possible.
If you do not know or cannot remember all your account information, please try and provide the earliest information you have for each of the categories requested. This will ensure that your request is dealt with as quickly as possible. We can only issue a new password to an account once we are satisfied that it will be returned to the correct owner.
To recover your account using the recovery questions, simply send in as many of them as you can. If you enter enough and the recovery answers you enter are correct and they have not been changed by a hijacker, then you will be able to recover your account immediately without having to wait for the password support request to be processed.
We recommend that you read this to ensure that your new password is suitable.
At the end you will be given a Tracking ID with which to track the progress of your query. Please make sure that you write this down or you will not be able to get our response to your request.

yes kevin is a hacker he just wants your account the best thing u should do or shouldve done was have recovery questions and if he changes the pass just got to lost accounts and try getting it back again and use a password that uses numbers and letters mixed together but i have also gotten hacked this past week or two. My friend told me theres been a lot of hacking because of the holidays.

if he know your recover question ,so you have to forget that account
i am sorry for you. but if he don't know it you can keep it
but if you are member and he know what is your credit card number or the number that gave you. so you have to make a new one.

ought to you attempt to re-manage that question abit? From what i've got been given, some guy hacked and banned your acount, and Jagex stumbled on that out and gave your account back and now you cant log in bacause theystill have it banned. bear in concepts that they do have distinctive different messages to type via
