spring training non-game days?

Does anyone know if you can visit the Yankees spring training site on non-game days to just watch practice? How do you find out when the facilities are open to the public each day?

Yeah of course you can! You'll get a bunch of autographs and have a blast!

Yes you can, tho they play just about every day. Check out the yanks website for more specific info.
