They also live on 1/10 the average salary that people in developed countries do.
I'd dispute the 0% unemployment statistic anyway. You can't trust a Communist government to be honest about wage and employment data. They're all about being a "workers' paradise" and admitting that not all workers are working would be a major repudiation of their whole concept of the universe.
Even so. We could "solve" unemployment the communist governments do. If you're out of work the government will just "make" a job for you or command a local employer put you on the payroll.
Our unemployment rate right now is about 4.3% of the population. If you had ever taken an economics class, you'd know that this is very close to as low as unemployment CAN go. Some people take off for personal reasons, get fired for misbehavior, or quit just long enough to take a different job. Much lower than 4% and you see inflation as employers have to offer more money to attract less qualified candidates.

huh????? 0% unemployment? Who said? I was in china this winter, university grads, PhDs all fighting for good jobs, where is the 0% unemployment u dumb ***? When did the chinese government give this statistic anyways, i dont see it anywhere in the government website or anything? Also, you may think that the chinese wages are very low, but I discovered that the cost of living is relatively as low as well, so 2000+ rmb per month wage can get you a very good life, as much as you would not believe, a lot of chinese have better lives than you do, especially if your jobs give pensions after retirement.

They also have no individual rights and state-run media. Why can't we?
China ignores rural areas when calculating its unemployment rates, so take these numbers for what they are. Some estimates are as high as 20 million without jobs.

I don't believe those statistics. But even if it were true, most of our unskilled labor has moved to China where they are making about 5-10 cents an hour, and they have to work 12 hour days since unions don't exist there. How many people here would be willing to work for that?

For argument sake, maybe laziness is not a character trait that anyone in China is OK having? Maybe you, me and other Americans should buy more products "made in the USA" and encourage others to do the same. We need to be more conscious of who WE are giving money to.
Not that long ago, the USA was not in any position to help/aid other countries. What if We, not long from now, are back in that position. Do you think anyone is going to help/aid US? At what price?

Since china owns our national debt and a large amount of American land and business I'm sure those of us who lost jobs to china will get to work soon when they take over the whole damn country. Can't wait to work 10 hours a day for $5 and be shot when I complain.

Ireland is a much better example of full employment, they began in the 90's, with Bill Clinton's help, to educate their workforce, they now have to import workers to fill all the jobs. Education is the key to full employment, and we are being 'left behind'.
