You can have a good time no matter where you are as long as you are happy . New Year's Eve is extra-special by itself. I hope you will make yours VERY Special. We will never pass this way again. Just be legal. Don't get too wild and get in trouble.

OMG! It's been years since I've thought about the place! You might ask the major partiers in the barracks. I always seemed to end up in some club in God-knows-where dancing on a table kissing God-knows-who at midnight! Good luck, Love! Happy New Year!
