My Neice is expecting her first baby and has sent out 50 invitations. There will only be females at the party. What are some really fun and funny games to play? I have been put in charge of the games for the party. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My favorite game at my baby shower was the poopy diaper game. Take mini candy bars and melt them till they are really soft in the microwave. Then put the "poop" in a disposable diaper. The diapers get passed around and people have to try and guess what kind of candy bar is in each diaper. This game was hillarious at my party with people smelling and tasting the "poopy" diapers!

Good Luck, I just threw a baby shower and it was hard! But the games we had was a hit, here are some examples
1) The clothesline game- 2 people hold up a clothesline, and the player of the game has to hang baby clothes, while talking on the phone, and holding a baby doll on there hip. This was so funny to watch the women try to hang up clothes. Meanwhile other people are shouting out to distract you by saying things like Mom the supper is burning or Mom the baby needs a diaper. This Game was a big hit and oh yeah they get 45 seconds to hang up as many clothes as thet can.
2) Baby food game- 2 adults blindfolded try and feed each other baby food or we used vanilla pudding. This game is messy though!
3) Baby Photo Game- If everyone at the party will know each other well this game is great. Ask people before the party to bring a baby photo of thereselves and make a poster board and hang everyones pic on the board with a number under it and have the guest try to match the number to the guest. Who ever gets the most correct then wins a prize.
4) A easy game is dont say the word baby! Give all the guest a clothespin and attach it to there shirt. ALL throught the shower they cant say the word baby and if another guest hears some one say the word baby then the other guest can take the clothespin and at the end of the shower who ever has the most clothespin wins a prize.

I really hope this helps you, and I bought most of my prizes at the local dollar store. I bought candles and lotions, things people could use. Good Luck

1. Baby clothes pen game: Everyone gets a clothes pen. If someone says the word baby or boy or something like that, their pen gets taken away by the person who catches it! At the end of the shower, whoever has the most pens when a prize. 2. Candy in a jar: Put candy in a jar and have them guess how many are in the jar. 3. Word scramble: Have someone list 15 or so baby words (crib, bottle, pacifer, etc.) scrambled. Give everyone a copy and give them 30 seconds to unscramble the words. Whoever finishes the most words when the time is up, they get a prize. 4. Belly Measure: Get some string or something and have everyone cut off how big they think your belly is, then have them measure it around the belly. The best guess wins. Thats what we did at my baby shower! GOOD LUCK!

At mine, we did the clothes pin game (everybody gets a clothes pin and if you hear someone say the word "baby" you get their pin, and whoever has the most pins at the end of the shower wins a prize), and the baby food game mentioned earlier, and we also made up neat game. We laid out a piece of paper with the categories 'Date,' 'Sex,' and 'Weight' written on them. The my girlfriend who is a Mary Kay consultant set out a nice gift next to the sheet of paper. We made a note saying something like "Donate a buck to guess the weight, sex, and date for a chance to win this prize." Then I took the 50 bucks that everyone donated and started a savings account for my daughter.

Tons of games that are spin offs of taking care of babies are hilarious. (Pin the diaper, etc.)
Just doing a search on Yahoo or Google always helps.
You could have guests all try baby food and guess what it is. (Take it out of the original container.)
Baby Bingo (you could do it with pictures on the cards and describe the item. example: What to feed my baby. pic: baby food)
There's a ton of fun stuff to do! Hope you have lots of fun!
