how long is a few days??? We are all different and usually the body sorts itself out with the help of prunes and fruit etc (as other answers say). Try the natural methods first, eg fruit, prunes befoe laxatives. Using laxatives too often isn't good for the insides. drinking lots of water helps - if we get dehydrated then the poo also finds it more difficult to move.

Tell her to go to her local drug store and purchase a strong laxative. However keep in mind that she'll have to stay home because her restroom will be occupied. Tell her to eat salads and fruit and milk. These items help to digest which also make you go on a regular basis.
