Even a gun ... a rocket... anything ... but forget that... you would get in trouble for sure and will loose all your spending time in Spain, in jail for good...
Change the knife for a hard pencil... it is very good for self defence if adequately implicated.

NO!! If you can pass security at the airport. Or you can buy another pocket knife in Spain.

I'm sure you can carry a pocket knife...many people do, however, I'd be careful about using it - of course.

IF you can get past airport security [check it in you checked baggage].
Also, there are many Knife dealers there! Leave yours at home and buy "One There!"
