I answered a question similar to this before, and my answer remains the same. I do not make New Years resolutions, I make New Years "intentions" that way, if I fail , I can not hate my self for trying. Thank you all for reading, and Happy New Year!

My new year's resoluiton is to give my husband peace by not needing him so much. He has another wife and a fiance and can't possibly fulfill every little thing I need. I resolve to my own independence and self satisfaction in life. It is what it is...time to accept what it is and live life.

Eat less, exercise more, same as the last decade.
Maybe this time I'll actually do it.
