I lived in Scotland for a three hundred and sixty 5 days, and located the Scots, Irish & English who lived there have been very advantageous -- I felt ideal at homestead. I additionally got here across the human beings of Portland, OR to be extremely relax...

New Jersey!
Contrary to popular misconception, New Yorkers were helpful, kind and thoughtful.
It was the New Jersey folks who commuted to New York that were surly and impolite. Probably from the long trip they had to make to even GET to work!
The New Jersey folks were plain out mean -- aggressive drivers too. Some would pretend to allow you to get ahead of them on the Turnpike then speed up as if to ram you!
Yes, I would live there again -- because access to New York City was worth it. Also, there is proximity to other cool places like Philly, New Hope PA, Amish Country, Atlantic City, Princeton etc.
etc.

In a public housing estate, seemed like a good idea at the time.... Until neighbours started knocking on my door at 6am asking me if I had anything to drink (and they didn't mean water). Oh yes.. and I wasn't exactly overjoyed whan they broke into my house when I went away for a weekend either.
Not a snowballs chance in hell.

South Carolina, It was like the civil war just ended. (I'm from Illinois)
I would consider living there again, I can't assume everyone in SC is like the few people I met in my 3 month stay there.
