I personally think it was the worst way to end his career. It not only gave him a bad image, but what will people remember him as? I myself would be terrified to go near him!-Not! Well, anyways--Materazzi deserved that head-butt! No one likes people talking trash about their family so Zidane did what's best to defend that honor!

best shot of wc2006 ,matterazzi got what he deserved ,made zidane a hero in my mind,really cool when he stood up for himself and his dignity

A reaction probably too exagerated but I'm Italian ,I perfectly know Materazzi's behaviour so it's understandeable after 90 mins.of threats and bad words to react in that way.
I'm sorry but Italy has got some players very angry and who don't believe in "fair play".

U know people like Michael Jackson and Zidane they will be happy wen somthing like this happens coz they will be more popular after the WC every1 was talking about Zidane no1 was talking about Italian players or there country only 1 Zidane was more important after the WC and his name will be in the history which every player wants it he is very happy for wut he did and i think it was right wut he did i am proud of him

I think he was kinda right....cuz the stuff tht tht **** said rlly hurts and Zizu said tht his mother is ill in the hospital...
but on the other hand he had led his team to lose the WC fianl ..
