The thing is your not seeing their true objective. Noecons care not one iota for human life. If all the Sunni and Shiite's are slaughtered all the better. American troops? Who cares! Less whiners looking for payouts if they survive. You see through all this Kaos 4 of America's top oil companies coming close to finalizing owner or pumping rights I forget. The point is the objective is almost met. Of course they won't be able to publicly celebrate, so they'll most likely return to usual tactics, blame "liberal Media" (as if we have ever seen one) Flip Flop or Cut and RUN DEMOCRATS) meanwhile all are making money hand over fist.
Same in Afghanistan. Unicoe has been planning pipeline since sometime in nineties. The oil company however lost confidence in the Taliban's ability to stabilize Afghanistan, so a power sharing plan was proposed in the summer of 2000. In attendance; Head Reps of Unico, George W. Bush, CIA, and ISI along with Taliban leaders (CIA created Taliban and supplied and partially trains ISI Pakistan's Army/Intelligence) This meeting ended when the Taliban started to waiver on the idea enraging Unico and CIA the Taliban were then warned "You either accept the road of gold we are offering you today or we promise; before the snow starts near the end of October 2001 we will be carpeting your country with bombs."

I think it is more along the lines of they are fighting on foreign ground. During the World Wars, we had the aid of the natives to fight the bad guy, and this is the reason that we won. But in Korea, South Korea was passive, and really didn't help us when we were fighting the "evil spread of communism". It was the same in Vietnam. Now we are in Iraq, and the only allies we have are the minority there.

All we have to do is look at our own Revolutionary War. General Green led the British on a merry dance through the South. And although he lost almost every battle against them, he depleted their resources; a lot of their men died from diseases (from the South...like Malaria); and they became hated by the Southerners because they were pillaging everything they could to survive. By the time France and Washington hit, Britain was a whipped pup.

I wouldn't say it is lack of intelligence, but simply lack of common sense.

Because they have a knack for alienating foreign nations, which would otherwise become our allies. Remember all of the sympathy and political collateral America got after 9-11? Mr. Bush dissipated it within a year by his arrogant, head-up-the tookas attitude that has spurned even our allies to withdraw troops from Iraq.

the reason there is a chance to lose this war is because of people like you. every enmey in the world knows they can not beat the USA miltary. but if they turn the people againtist the war they can get USA to withdraw. and then they can spread into that country and others.

maybe it's not about 'winning ' in the traditional sense. Every country we tear up and leave becomes consumers just like us. That's probably the point. Good for business.

Because the wars they have started are immoral, and the people on the ground know it.

Wars started for unfocused, shortsighted reasons, like trying to get votes, or rally people behind a weak president, are poorly planned and thought-out, and therefore often backfire, like Korea and Vietnam and the Gulf War and Iraq.

No, it's more that case that the cowardly Libtards start their whining and crying like the little shaking-in-their-boots sissies they are, and they become so strident that no one can stand listening to them anymore.

The worst of the libtards are the ones who use neocon and have no idea in their tiny little pea-sized brain that it means democrats who have become sickened by the loopy lefties in their own party and have switched to the Republican side.
