U mean when spidey smashes threw the window - and has to stop the test machine(which knocks Dr.oct's wife out)
Or do you mean the one at the end of the game?
The first one four machines set on each end of room(left, right, north, and one right in front of you)
the machine has this pulse that will knock you back, thus you must time jumping from one area to the other. Also the machine will have bolts coming out just to randomly strike at you.
The second one is the same deal, except no time limit, but you do have Dr.Octopus after you. I believe there are eight, but I'm not too sure.

try turning off the tv
