Reply to Cinders: I assume you are being sarcastic, but if not - 'did the stories in Star Trek Enterprise contradict the stories in other Star Trek shows?'

Yes.
1. They had pips to designate rank, instead of braiding on the sleeves.
2. Jumpsuits instead of two-piece uniforms.
3. The rank of Commodore was omitted in Enterprise and spin-offs, but was there in the original series.
4. The equipment was more high-tech than the others 'after' them.
5. Vulcan women wore their hair long in the original series, eventually shortening it to match the men's in the spin-offs. T'P-whats-her-name wore hers short.

Not at all. As a prequel, it gave back-story to alot of early Federation history. Such as why the Federation didn't have holodecks until AFTER the Kittimer Accords (because the Klingons were given the technology by the aliens (can't remember their name) in return for not destroying their ship, and the Klingons didn't share their technology until AFTER the Kittimer Massacre.
Also, it answered the long-standing question as to why the Klingons looked differently in classic Star Trek than they did in the later series'.
Also, it explained why Dr. Noonian Soong turned to android research and developed the only successful positronic matrix.

There are more, but I hate it when people write an entire page for their answer, and to be honest, I usually skip those.

No, it did not. As answered before, the Klingon appearance issue was answered, Dr. Soon made his career choice, there were references to Khan, the difference between Vulcans then and Vulcans in TOS was explained in the 2-3 parter that started with "The Forge" in the last season, a lot of the stuff that looked more high-tech was actually more rudimentary, the uniforms were closer to our time than to TOS, TNG, etc. They even fit in references to "First Contact" that explain how that affected the past without violating continuity in other series.

Didn't they have an episode with the Borg??
Borg wasn't introduced until TNG and Enterprise was supposed to be before the original Star Trek.
