Ooh poor you - I had the same thing happen to me and I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown cos my router took sooooo long to set up initially.

Try this link

http://192.168.0.1/setup.cgi?next_file=start.htm

For user put in admin and the password is either password or 1234 depending on the age of your router. Then click on wireless settings from the menu on the left and you'll be able to see what your user name and password are.

However in the unlikely circumstances that this doesn't work, try this link it might save you some of the pain. I've bookmarked it for future reference!

It takes you through the process step by step - here's hoping you don't have to go for a factory reset.

Good luck

:-)

You can not recover it. To gain access to your routers config again you must reset the router to its default setting. Your manual will tell you how to do that. Usually it is by pushing in the reset button while you unplug the power and then plugging the power in again. But the bad news is you will have to put all your ISP info and any security keys back in before it will work again.

the username is always 'admin'. if you have forgotten your password you must do a master reste. at the back of the router is a small button you need to press the button for 10 sec. this will reset all config tho!

Just reset your router by inserting a pin in a hole that is backside of your router.
