First, I think "rkd" is a great handle. :-) Second, the company appears to have acted honorably and reputably. They have likely done everything that they could to try to get the shirt for you. While sensitive to your disappointment, I would have no qualms about dealing with these people again. There are others who would just keep your money and ignore your complaint. Don't be rkd; you've been well attended to. Good luck finding the shirt elsewhere, and have a Happy New Year. - r

Move on. They let you have a shirt for free and they refunded your money. They did all they were required to do by law, and more than many other places would have done. If you want to, you can always report them to the better business bureau, but it's not like they're gonna get grounded or anything. Next time, don't deal with places that don't have a record of consistent delivery. Look at it as a lesson learned, and a free shirt.

Why would you report them? they gave you a shirt and your money back. Why don't you look for the same shirt on a different site and email them before hand to make sure that they have it in stock.

My god, at least they are trying to make you happy. Sometimes items cant be found anymore. Just be happy you got your money back and a free shirt. I would have told you to send the shirt back then take my time refunding you. Guess there are still a few people you cant please no matter how hard you try.

There is nothing to report them for. They couldnt get the shirt and gave you your money back. If they cant get the shirts, they cant get the shirts.

Yes. You can report them to the better business bureau. Look them up online. Your not going to get a big old lawsuit going, and from the sounds of it they dealt with it very professionally and legitimately. So your best bet is to stay the course and be happy you got your money back...

You got a shirt and your money back. I would say that they went above the requirements of the law.
