I tried it on a computer with Win 95 and it did not work properly.

I play Quake 2 on Windows XP all the time but if you have a graphics cards of nowadays, you may have to customise the games settings.

I dont have quake but I would have been surprised if it did work on windows 95.

games have to run on an operating system, and almost everything is compatible with windows XP. windows 95 was made ages before Quake and technology has changed...majorly

Quake 2 will work on XP yes. I believe thw min req to play that game are windows 98.

depends. on the back of the game it should show all the windows it works on. see which one they got and u can buy that one. hope i helped.
