Tightening the screws on the hinges themselves wont give any results. What it sounds like is through friction and general wear, the hinge whore bigger, and/or the pin have somehow whore smaller. I have to agree with Obsean, take the pins out, remove the hinge from the door jam, if you have a vice, position the hinge in the vice so you can make the hole where the pins go smaller. Be care-full not to beat the hinge all to hell. I would not try to beat on the hinge with it still in the door jam. You could chance damage to the door jam itself. Also if you would like a quick fix, tightly rap a layer of tape (duck tape, 10 mill) around the pin to give more friction.

Take the hinge pins out and slightly put a bend in them by putting them on a concrete surface and hit the center of them with a hammer.
You can also take a pair of vice grips on the hinges after removing the pins and slightly squeeze them to make the holes smaller and the pins fit tighter.

Put a fan in front of the door blowing on hi against the direction the door closes. Viola, theres your best answer.

Use a wedge, you can buy cheap plastic ones from somewhere, alternitavely, just get rid of the door!

normaill stick a wedge under neath the door ( usaully paper)

check to see if the door is plumb and level.
