i think the peoples think we are terrorist. and when i told my asl in yahoo messenger they told me are you a soldier and i told no i am a student! :-O. i like top know the what people think about iran

I am from Australia. Most people don't think about Iran very much. I think there must be many angry people in Iran. But I know that there must be good people and bad people, just like everywhere. Not all Australians wrestle crocodiles or have barbeques on the beach, sometimes it even rains. It really doesn't matter what ignorant people think. Best wishes.

Well, to be honest with you, 'Twilight', it's not very flattering, what many, if not most, of us Westerners think of Iran!

But, let's put it this way, we quite often judge a whole country by the decisions and behaviour of its leaders ... Quite often, though, this is not much of a reflection of the actual people themselves.

So, we can only speak, or judge, politically; and politically, Iran is seen as potentially dangerous and certainly not prepared to work with the west or the United nations in bringing peace anywhere, but, especially, to the poor ol' Jews, who have copped it from almost every quarter - especially over there in Middle east.

ive never been there, and ive forgotten anything ive learned about it from history or geography class. Mostly i dont think about it, I dont know you, or anyone from there, and to tell the truth the country doesnt really concern me, i have my own life and about the only thoughts are that since bush doesnt need to be reelected there would be no reason for him to waste my tax money attacking your country.

unfortunately, people have the misconception that everything is bad in Iran - but it is the medias fault - they only report to us the bad.

i'm not from iran nor hav i been there. but i LOVE iran.

ahmadinejad(is that his name or his father's name? not sure.) is like a hero among my friends. we really respect him. he thinks ahead and definitely not a coward. so yea, because of him, we respect iranians too. well, u know, the good ones.
