they are all blocked, either because he number is unpublished or because the caller has blocked the call before dialing. There is really no way to tell which it is. God bless****

Of course, blocked means that you blocked the persons number and they are calling, unknown means that the person has blocked their number so it does not show up when they call. Maybe you have blocked someone, or they have blocked you, but there is a difference!

Unknown are the name of the people you didn't register in your contacts, blocked are the numbers closed by the owners because they wish to maintain their number privacy. Happy New Year from Uruguay.
