I need to downsize a page on the internet so I can see all the type on that page...how do I downsize it?

When playing a game on the internet the outside perimeter of the page is nt big enough to allow me to see all thats on that page...how can I format that page to see all of the type on that page?

change the screen resolution or use the adjustments directly on the monitor.
