You could try Febreeze. You may have to have the seat recovered and the foam replaced. The foam under the cover has absorbed the fish oil.
Buy a used seat from a recycler (junk yard) If it doesn't match remove the cover from your seat, wash it, and install it on the
other seat.
Take out your seat and look underneath. See how the fabric is attached , You may need Hog rings and pliers to reattach.
You could bring the 2 seats to an upholstry shop and have them switch covers if needed.

Back seat is fairly easily removed. Take out and clean thoroughly. Might even take to a carpet cleaning service. Have then clean BOTH sides. Take it home and let it dry in the sunshine (turn it upside down) for at least a couple of days. Then Fabreeze it and the area around the floor of the car. Before replacing.

A new back seat. The stuff probably seeped into the padding and can't be removed jusy by cleaning the upholstery.
