Use a flash drive.
Open program files, find Microsoft Money, then the file you named with all your info. Throw that file on the flash drive.
Install Money on the new laptop, insert the flash drive, open your old file and save it where you want on the new computer.

Why don't you just fix the old laptop?? How do you know the OS is corrupted? Find your original OS disks and repair the problem.
