Yes ma'am, they can. Mostly because our dear USA stripped Saddam of his title by raiding his country and capturing him. Hence, he wasn't a leader any longer.

Um, Saddam Hussien was put on trial by Iraqi judges and sentenced to death by Iraqi law. All the US did was hold him for the authorities, and turn him over to the authorities in the end.

The execution or assasination of country leaders is something that happens all the time, in most countries in the world. The US is one of the few countries that does NOT execute it's leaders, but even here we have had several assasination attempts.

Nobody can escape this...

If you could actually type of full, logicial sentence, I'd address you but you didn't make a lick of sense. If you're going to attempt to insult Americans, at least learn the language in which to insult us properly, dear.

The trick is this: Saddam was captured at time of war and tried as a war criminal; otherwise, you cannot march in and kidnap the leader

That's not America at work its democracy at work. If you don't like it, why don't you go livein a country with a tyrannical, murderous madman as the dictator. Let him kill your whole family and then see how much you object to his execution!
