What you need is WinRAR to open and extract the RAR files, and a movie player that is universal. I would suggest getting the Satsuki Decoder Pack, and using the Media Player Classic that comes with it.

This should help get you started!

.rar files are compressed files. Example, when you use winzip it 'compresses' the file to reduce the size of the file. Hence it is better for downloading if files are compressed as they reduce the download size.

To open the file download winrar: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

This is the program that makes the rar file and is better than winzip.
After installing the Sw, run it from the start menu. Go to the folder where the movie is. Select all the files that contain the movie, choose a destination folder and press extract.
