Why do I know no question that has a subject line like this one you posted will be serious and aimed at adults. This peer-to-peer chat among children on the politics pages of yahoo answers is ruining the value of the site.
Liberals are progressives. They push forward-looking ideas on recalcitrant, backward people who wish 1940 had never gone away. Everyone """knew their place""" then. Separation of races; rich people ran the courts; rabid nationalism at an all time high. Those things are backward and stand in the way of human progress forward. Liberals try to beat down the past and backward thinkers such as yourself. It is an unending task. You hear lies, and because it's dear old mom and dad telling you, you believe it. But mom and dad were lied to by Reagan, and Nixon before him. Everything you believe, politically, is bunk, if you are a Republican or """conservative""" (anti-progressive). Everything. All of it.

Let's see, elimination of habeus corpus for detainees, the ability to detain ANYONE at any time without legal representation, use of torture, monitoring telephone and internet activity, the ability to seize library records ~ all brought to you by the freedom loving people of the current administration!
The Secret Service jumps on a 13 yr. old schoolgirl because she posted an unfavorable pic of Bush on MySpace, but daily, thousands of UNINSPECTED containers enter our ports.
The FBI requires GM to provide complete details of all owners of On*Star systems.
Oh.....never mind. I wasn't using my civil liberties anyway.........
