At America's behest, yes. We arrested him, handed him over, handpicked judges and tribunal that convicted him, thus ensuring the outcome we would like, and our troops "helped" the Iraqis by breathing down their necks and making sure they killed him.
So in a sense, America killed him.

Depends what you mean by did Iraqis execute Saddam - do you mean is he really dead or do you mean was it a political execution demanded by the Americans? If you mean the former then no, it was a lookalike who died and Saddam is running the Flippy Chippy with Elvis Presley. If you mean the latter, well, let's just say George B and Tony B are probably congratulating themselves on a job well done - ignoring, of course, the tens of thousands who died (and continue to die) in the process.
Ps. I don't actually believe it was a lookey-likey who swung.

lots of the struggling with in iraq happening acceptable now is unrelated to what's happening with Saddam. issues will in simple terms proceed down the comparable direction if something it truly is going to easily worsen.

Yes they did!! The people were celebrating in the streets because their evil dictator was gone!! The USA handed saddam over to his own people to do with him as they wished!!

America staged the whole show. They wrote the script, put the directors, producers and actors in place. Then they handed him back to Iraq saying that they could "do what they pleased" but of course making sure that they're script wasn't much moved away from.
So in a way yes, in a way no. USA did.
