desktop icons?

when i click on desktop icons and drag them were i want them when i let go they dont stay there they go back were they was please help

Right click on your Desktop, you will see a menu with the words, Arrange Icons by, Put the mouse pointer on that, a side menu will appear, uncheck Auto Arrange. That's it. Happy New Years.

Right-click the desktop. Now, select Arrange icons by. Finally, uncheck the box that says AUTO ARRANGE.

right click on desktop,
then, arrange icons by >
uncheck (unmark) auto Arrange

it will solve ur problem
