I don't have a name for this game, but everyone has a piece of paper and pen. you start by writing a question starting with "What if" This can be however silly or serious, eg What if Grandma never changed her socks? You then fold it over(so next person cant see your question) and pass it along to the next person. The person before you should have passed you along their question. You then answer your own question's answer on the paper infront of you eg Everyone would complain about the smell! You fold it over again, pass it along and then read them all out! Sometimes the answers are hilarious! Obviously you can tailor it to each age group! We had great fun with this over christmas! I hope you have a Happy new year

sounds really corny but we have a similar party every Boxing Day - age range 8 - 86. We play the old fashioned games - pass the parcel - prizes between each layer just a choc, musical hats (same as musical chairs but not as hectic for the older ones), waft the paper fish, tail on donkey, peas and straw race, charades, Chinese Whispers - the list goes on
You will find that the youngsters enjoy being children and the oldies love recapturing their youth. Once you start you will find lots of memories come flooding back, together with "ooh I know what we can play"
Hope you all enjoy your night as much as we do ours- the main thing is NO television and NO video games
