Get an attorney now! Go the police department and file a complaint about the forgery. He has forged something else to change the status of YOUR corporation. File charges for that. You are going to need a tax lawyer.

How can the Corporation be in one persons name. It will have Shareholders and you might be the majority shareholder. From your name you sounds Indian, so if the shares are in your name then you can still have control over it.

woa, that sounds like something from a movie what does your lawyer say? my best suggestion is to let your lower handle this you don't want to "tamper"
