Cat litter. Grind it into the spill area. Cover with plastic. Let it sit for 24 hours. Sweep it up. It will suck oil out of bare concrete.

Use baking soda. If the spill is still wet - pour enough to cover area (it will get rid of the smell and absorb the liquid). If it is dried- wet down the baking soda until it is like a soft paste and smear it or the area, take a brush and scrub, wipe, and let dry.

you may think of this as ill but, Use DAWN. lay it, spray it, take a broom and sweep it. use enough dawn to take the grease right out of the way and then, spray away the excess with warm water, treat it again, do it again. by the way its best to use a push broom, covers more. also Mr. Clean does the job as well.
why waste money on expensive treatments when you have all the resourses already?
