Though I been actively wooing her too and she is keen in me.
I am not use to this kind of competition.

Perhaps your "wooing" isn't direct enough and she wanted you to ask her out and you didn't. This is a way to make you jealous and possibly hurt your feelings because she was hurt you didn't ask her first...or she just isn't interested.

Did you make plans with her for new years? (ask her out?) If not then maybe she was hurt and trying to get your attention.
If you have been wooing her but failed to make plans for this new years she might have taken it the wrong way.
However without knowing her its hard to say. Some woman just like to play the Jealousy card and see if they can make a man jealousy or if you are not in a actual relationship (exclusive dating) she may feel like she has a right to still see other men.
Or she may just not be interested and this is her way of saying it.
I wish you the best of luck but its really hard to awns er without more information given. Woman can be fickle ( yes I know I am one) and hard to understand

Could be one of two things that I can think of. Either you didnt bother to ask her so she was letting you know she has other options or she is just trying to make you jealous.. If you havent asked her to be your girlfriend then she is pretty much free to accept invites from other men if you havent jumped the gun.. Its all a part of dating. Thats all.

Two possible reasons...1. To make you jealous...or 2. She is trying to tell you in a subtle way to step up your game because she can easily find someone else to take your place.

Competition is what makes the world go round so get used to it. She may be keen on you but right now she's "keener" on him.

she wants u but wants to see how serious u are about commitment, so u may be her first pick but she is letting u know there are others also interested in her. got to be more aggressive if she is the one u want to be with.
