Well no, as our minds are fettered by it's need to have finite facts. This is even apparent on the emotional level when we seek "closure" on a terrible event. The best we can do is quadrant off the portion we know to be in existence and not assign any perspective or relativity outside of that quadrant. I'm glad to see your question... there have been many times where I gazed and pondered the infinite reaches. It feels funny in the mind when truly trying to grasp the ungraspable - kind of like your stomach feels when you're on a swing too high.

In an infinite universe you would see pretty much the same thing in every direction so every perspective would be a "true" perspective. If you mean a frame of reference, then anything can act as a frame of reference.

There is no such thing as infinite. Infinite only exists in ones mind.
You could say the land on mars is infinite because you can walk for ever with out finding an end. But with logic you know you are just ending up where you started so it is only 'infinite' to the igorant.

Understanding what we perceive to be an infinite universe is actually quite simple if you transcend traditional education and beliefs.
Albert Einstein said, "Time and space are modes in which we think and not conditions in which we live".
He also said, "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."
Through his beloved mathematics, Albert had stumbled upon universal truths that have been known in the east for millenniums. For example, the ancient Rishis of India knew about the illusion of time and space. They also knew and wrote about the relationship between energy and matter (E=mc²). Energy = mass X the speed of light squared.
Our egos foolishly convince us that we have advanced far beyond the knowledge of our forefathers. Humbug!
Time and space are only temporary illusions associated with this present incarnation and physical plane of existence. Before we came here through birth, and after we leave by death, we operate in our natural state of existence. Time and distance do not exist there. When you die, you will not be able to tell the difference between 3 seconds and 87 billion years because there is no difference. Time does not exist. Distance and space are illusions.
Eternity is not an infinitely-long line of time that extends forever into to the past in one direction, and to the future in the other direction.
Eternity is the absence of time. When you die, you will return to eternity and experience once again, the absence of time. You will live forever because there is nothing else. You will drop off your (carnate) body and be free from limits again.
When you chose to be born, you swore an oath to pretend that time exists. You also swore to forget your omniscient knowledge of pre-birth. You were born into a physical human body (incarnation or in-carnate) to play the limited existence of a human being. It is much like going to a theme park for a day. It is similar to an actor playing a role. All the world is a stage. What was your name before your parents were born?
When you die, you will remember your omniscience and memories of pre-birth.
The infinite universe is nothing but a very short, and temporary explosion. It is not infinitely vast and awesome.
It is, in fact, quite insignificant and short-lived. It is only our perception of the illusion of time and space that makes us believe it is large and everlasting. It is a small spark. That's all.
The universe is nothing. It is only one of 11 known universes. There are many unknown universes yet to be discovered.
Comprehending life and eternity is simple. Life is not meant to be a struggle. It should flow with effortless ease.
The Chinese say, "For knowledge, learn something every day. For wisdom, forget something every day".
That is the beginning of the secret to understanding an infinite universe. The human brain was designed to retain it. The human brain is the only thing that can think about itself, while it thinks about itself thinking about itself.
The mysteries of the universe are only mysteries to a noisy and cluttered mind. Silence is the veil of God.

Maybe not. we live in a finite universe this is something that can be understood.
One day it will go out of existence.
